[PDF-Basics] Hello and help!!

Hi   I'm new to this list, and looking for some help. Is there a program that will allow one to "browse" PDF files in the way that graphic programs allow one to see thumbnails of each graphic. I have a lot of PDFs and would like to catalogue them without opening every single one. The thumbnail method should allow for storage of a page of thumbnails.
