I have downloaded and installed acrobat reader 6.0 on my Windows XP computer. However, when I try to run it, I get a opening splash screen with the copywrite numbers and then nothing. If I am surfing the net and I come across a page that is in PDF format, it freezes up my computer and I have to use the task manager to get out. If I click on a PDF file in one of my folders, I get a hour glass mouse icon and nothing else. My task manager indicates memory usage for the acrobat reader, but it doesn't show it in the applications list. What can I do to get this to run? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
