My business letterhead is held as a Word template, which works fine when I print it to my inkjet printer.

Recently, I wanted to create a PDF of a letter and email it rather than post a hard copy, and this is when I discovered a problem. My address details in the letterhead are set in Skia. While this prints OK as a hard copy, when I try printing to Adobe Acrobat 4, the alphabetic characters work OK, but the numerals disappear completely. To get round the problem for this occasion, I temporarily changed the font to Helvetica, but can anyone explain what’s happening, and suggest a solution which would allow me to use Skia in PDFs?
