Hi,
and thank you very much again for your help. I have made the file and
uploaded it, it seems to be working, is reasonablish quality, but rather
slow, ofcourse, to load.
A friend of mine has just said that if I can get the orginal version of the
document on disc in its original dtp format, I could then open it up in the
dtp software it was made in, and then convert that directly into a .pdf
file, and it would probably be alot smaller in file size done this way, as
well as better quality.
He said that when I scanned in the pages myself, I was also scanning in all
the white area around the text which when saved as a pdf document would
increase the file size significantly?....
Could you let me know if he is right?
