I am looking for a way that would enable a PDF to be printed, but NOT saved (not to a computer, desktop, etc).

Adrian, If you have Pitstop and are willing to give up some resolution, it can be resampled to a lower resolution. The amount of file size reduction will depend on what it's at now and how low you can take it. Don't forget to do a "Save as" though or the file size will not change.
