Adrian Nothing wrong with the advice to date in terms of creating a pdf file. However, why do so? Can't you print directly (to the RIP of the Docucolor) -it's far quicker and arguably much easier. That is what we do and create any PDF's needed for imposition on the RIP. For those that don't have a Xerox 2045 it has RIP installed alongside which provides a host of built-in imposition and calibration functions based on a pdf workflow. I renamed to *.ps then distilled but am getting a font not found. I use a specific printer when printing to file and create postscript is placed in a Distiller Hot folder for PDF creation. Fonts are absent or look funky when viewing. Any ideas?
