[pdf-devel] time module adapted to ADT conventions

The time module is now conformat with the ADT conventions. That means
that pdf_time_new now gets the address of a pdf_time_t variable and
return a pdf_status_t value.

Anish, please adapt your unit tests to the new semantics of
pdf_time_new.
