[pdf-devel] Unneeded macros in the public header

Hi Jose & all,

Is there any good reason to generate the PDF_DEBUG_* and PDF_ASSERT_*
macros in the public pdf.h header?

Shouldn't they be placed outside the /* BEGIN PUBLIC */ and /* END
PUBLIC */ delimiters?
