If you need a password to LOOK at the file at all, I think you are out of luck.
If you study the spec, you will find the data is contained within the file in
an encrypted form. It is possible to bypass some of the password mechanisms
but if you need a password to look at the contents of the file to start with, I
expect you will find the data within the file is encrypted.

Subject: [pdf-devel] FW: Question on password protected PDF

Dear Developers,
Sorry for bothering but it would be great if you could advise me on the
following...

I have a password protected PDF file (for opening needs password) ... tried to
apply many hijack programs but still cant open...
I was thinking is it possible to view from "programing point of view" how this
file is made from inside to switch off the password option for it.... Is such
approach reasonable or what could be done ? Or where can i read about this
topic...

Thank you very much in advance
