Did you check the client's browser cache settings?

Subject: [PDF-Forms] error opening fdf file in a client browser

PDF-Forms is a service provided by PDFzone.com | http://www.pdfzone.com/
__________________________________________________________________

One of our clients is getting the following error when clicking on a fdf link:

"There was an error opening this document. The file does not exist"

Everyone else tested works fine with the same setting as this client.
    win 2000, ie 6, adobe 5

IE file downloads are enabled
adobe settings show all the "web browser" options checked under options.

The client had been able to open within the browser for quite some time and now
can not. What else do we need to look at to resolve this?

Thanks for your help.
