OK. You will to purchase/license a 3rd party component for installation on the server that will do FDF/PDF form field merging such as FDFMerge (http://www.appligent.com).
Second, I want to be able to check the form when it is submitted. I would like to be able to determine that all the required fields are filled in.
You would do this with JavaScript in your form.
