I am trying to find an approach that allows for the creation of expanding forms that will break across multiple pages. I have created a number of forms using Microsoft Word tables that I then used Adobe Acrobat to populate with fillable fields. These forms work fine when we have a fairly predictable number of items to capture data for. In cases where there is not a predictable number of items it would be great if we could have a form that would add a new fillable row to the table at the click of a button. Any suggestions?
