If the Service Bureau has Postscript Level 3 printers, they may just be downloading the pdf to the printer, without ever opening it in Acrobat. At least, that's what they should do. It sometimes prints out at 95% or even 145%. When I send it to several remote printers at this company it comes out at different sizes on all their printers. (NOTE: these are 3 different types and brands of printers) ---------------- Just a wild guess: Do they have "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to fit page" or something like that selected in their Print dialog box?
