Leonard, I have the FULL version, both version 5 and 6 (professional, though not loaded yet)... I looked for such a command - in version 5- but could not find one... I had limited success by exporting the file in RTF and then re distilling the file - but lost a lot of the formatting... unfotunately too busy up till now to load version 6... but will if it helps! can you point me towards the TAGS command...in Acrobat 5 ?
