If you mean that the "checks" in the boxes don't print, then the cause might be that the font size is set to "Auto". A small checkbox set like this will produce an infinitely small check, not readily visible. Try changing the font size to something fixed, like 10-point, and see if that works.

I'm in the process of adding PDF form fields so our reps can fill out the
forms online rather than print them and fill them out manually.
It's been a big hit, EXCEPT that on a few of the forms, only part of the
check boxes print out. I can't see any difference between the ones that work
and the ones that don't. I have tried copying a "good" one and modifying it,
but that only works part of the time.
Any ideas, anyone?
