I'm an optometrist trying to become paperless in my
exam room. The table below is part of an eye examination form I'm trying
to create. I turned the Word doc into an Acrobat 5.05 PDF and
created combo box form fields in the white areas of the table. Frequently,
the fields under Manifest Refraction are the same value (-1.00, 180, etc.) as
those in the Retinoscopy section. I'd like to create a button (Copy to MR), which would copy the
values from Retinoscopy to Manifest Refraction. How does one do
this?
Another idea was to make the MR_SPH fields =RetSph
field *1, ie. a calculated field, but
Thanks,
Steve
