Steve,
Do you know javascript? Configure the "Copy" form feild to have an action:
On mouse up add javascript to copy retinoscopy field to maniest field.
Another thing you might consider if your manifest fields are text type under
options choose the default value to be retinoscpy fields.

Good luck in your paperless endeavours

Subject: [PDF-Forms] Copy field Values Button

I'm an optometrist trying to become paperless in my exam room. The table
below is part of an eye examination form I'm trying to create. I turned the
Word doc into an Acrobat 5.05 PDF and created combo box form fields in the
white areas of the table. Frequently, the fields under Manifest Refraction
are the same value (-1.00, 180, etc.) as those in the Retinoscopy section.
I'd like to create a button (Copy to MR), which would copy the values from
Retinoscopy to Manifest Refraction. How does one do this?

Another idea was to make the MR_SPH fields =RetSph field *1, ie. a
calculated field, but

RETINOSCOPY (Copy to MR)

MANIFEST REFRACTION
