Hello,

I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone out there could help
me with the following question. Not to work it all out but more do you
think it would be worth trying.

I work for a large insurance company, currently our many thousands of forms
are available to our intermediary's through an intranet. This is becoming
very
popular and we are now thinking of using forms containing form fields.

My question is:

Would it be possible that when a customer asks for a form through the
intranet the
form could be automatically filled in with his name and address etc, saved
and then
sent back to him. Most of our intermediary's do not have Acrobat.

Many thanks,
Martin
