Hi,
I have a requirement to create a form to be used
for 'Quotes'. I will be generating an FDF file from a database application
that will be emailed. The form will need to support multiple line items
than may span multiple pages. I have only created simple one page
forms. Can anybody point me to any documentation, samples, or
anything else that may be of help.
