You probably need a JavaScript test that if box 1 is checked (value == Yes), then Box 2 is hidden, and if box 1 is unchecked (value == No) box 2 is visible, and vice versa for the other. This is the scenario in which I am trying to avoid; having more than one check in either box! I want box 1 or box 2 (depending on which is initially checked) to "hide" so that 1 and only 1 can be checked at a time. I get that to work fine... the problem arrises when box 1 is checked and box 2 disappears (hides) and then box 2 never re-appears... Thats where I am stuck...
