The problem I'm having is that we don't just want the data, we want to receive the entire form filled in with the client's information that we can print out. One person at Adobe said he thought this was possible with Acrobat 6.0 Professional, which we purchased, and referred me to the pdfzone Web site for how-to advice. Most of the research I've done seems to point to my needing a CGI script, which I don't know how to do. I've tried researching our ISP's Web site, but the sample form they provide for us to tailor to our needs results only in the data being e-mail to us. Help! My supervisor is already telling people this service is on our Web site.
