Yes, the form is printed out, and both the applicant and "notary" sign it, *after* the notary has seen (i.e., verified) the applicants ID (e.g., passport).
Oh, this is manual verification. I was thinking you were doing automated verification.

What difference does it make? For argument's sake, let's say they will only have the Reader ... version 5. Why?
Because the FULL Acrobat can do what you want, Reader can NOT!
