PDF-Forms is a service provided by PDFzone.com | http://www.pdfzone.com/

PDF-Multi-Print could do what you want.
http://www.pdfstore.com/details.asp?ProdID=703
This program will respond to a command line instruction.
When the PDF file is at the point you want it printed - simply
execute a command line instruction to PDF-Multi-Print
and it will print the PDF file.
The command line allow you to specify the printer and
number of copies of the file you want printed.
Printing is completely silent without any graphical interface
when a command line is used..
