Hi Leonard,

That's what I was afraid of. Thank you for your response though. Do you have
any suggestions on what additional server software to use? We are on the
Windows platform.

        In order to do this, you will need to install some additional 
software on the server to handle server-side form filling and THEN 
merging the filled PDFs together into a single document that can then 
be printed.
