Good Morning, I am in the process of revising our peer review forms and am stuck trying to figure out how to add a count function to the form. There are a series of categories for which the reviewer enters a rating of 1 to 5 or N (unable to rate). I have the addition part figured out (adding all scores rated 1-5), but also want to total the number of categories that have a numeric value (1-5) disregarding any with "N" or left blank (similar to the count function in Excel). The supervisor rating the employee will take the two totals and divide them in order to get an average score. I am currently using Acrobat 4.0 and hope to upgrade to 6.0 in the very near future. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
