[PDF-Forms] Date field 2 years in the future

Can someone please show me the _javascript_ I can insert in a date field which will show lthe date 2 years from today/s system date.  I would like this date to appear in the field whenever the data in another field changes.  This is a contact lens or spectacle prescription expiration date.IE, whenever I put a number in one of the prescription fields, I'd like the date two years from today to appear. This is a contact lens or spectacle prescription expiration date.   Thanks in advance,   Steve Carton
