Hi Michael,
    I think that opening the file in microsoft word first might be helpful.  Then look at the spacing between the table fields in the pdf. 
I think converting these delimiters (find and replace all) into commas and then changing the file type into .CSV.  Will allow you to open the pdf in excel correctly.

I have a strange request that came into my work group today.  Someone sent us a PDF file and would like us to export the data to Excel, with the columns and rows showing up like they are in the PDF; there is no security on the file.  I would appreciate any input someone may have.
