Remember However, that once the document IS opened, using F8 can redisplay
the tool bar (the menubar -- that is, File, Edit, View, etc -- is F9). You
could also look into including a document level javascript to disable the
key in question.

Tam,
First open your PDF file in your Adobe Acrobat, then click on File -->
document Property --> Initial View and tick Hide Tool bar option. Then save
the doc. This will set to hide the tool bar for the current document
whenever it is opened.
