Hi, Ulf

There must be a misunderstanding here somewhere...  I just tried it again to make sure and check boxes with the same name do become mutually exclusive (like radio buttons), even if they appear on different pages.

If it's working for you without _javascript_, what are you using? (Acrobat? version?)  Please explain your method - I'm curious.

I don't know if we misunderstand each other. I create a check box on page 1 and then create another on page 2, both with the same name. Both get checked when checking either one of them. No _javascript_ used.

Ulf

Hi, Ulf
When checkboxes have the same name they become Radio Buttons - mutually exclusive.  _javascript_ is required to make them duplicate over several pages.

If the check boxes have identical names on both pages they should work the way you expect.

Hi everyone !!
I have a multi-page form with fields that are duplicated from page1 to page2. The text fields "carry over"
correctly to page2 when filled in on page1 but the check-boxes not when "checked/ticked".
I know the boxes' behaviour is correct but how do I get them to do that other thing - be "mirrored" on page2?
Regards
Marc
