Adobe Document Server for Reader Extensions is the Adobe solution to this problem, but it’s pricey… $62,500USD for 10 forms, I believe.  If you know how many users will be using the form, there are some cheaper pricing models available as well.

Subject: [PDF-Forms] EMAIL from the Reader

I want to email a pdf form to student which has been pre-filled with data from an Access database. I have no problem populating the form or sending it. I clicks on a button labelled "Submit" using "mouse up" as the trigger where the action is "submit a form" and the URL is set as: "mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and I've chosen to send the entire document as an option. I simply replace my address with the Student's email address, press send and away it goes!

My problem is that the "Submit" button I've embedded in the pdf will not execute using the Acrobat Reader.

Any solutions out there?

Thanks, Art Farrell
