Hi all I am trying to dynamically create a HTML form with ( INPUT , TEXTAREA ) from a PDF file/form. I have tried pdf2word 1.3 and pdf ripper but the programs ingnores ( INPUT , TEXTAREA etc ) when creating word/html files.
