Hello All

Is there anyway to get the space saving benefits of a combo box along with
the multiple selection capability of a list box?

I created a form with a combo box with 80 choices for the user. Due to a
change in the info the form must gather, I must revise the form so that
users can make multple selections from those 80 choices. This means I am
going to replace the combo box with a list box. Not a problem except a list
box will require a lot more space on the form that I don't have to spare. .

An idea I had is below - does it look as though I am on the right track?.
1. Create a list box that permits multiple selections
2. Have the user clicks a "select" button to "make" or "confirm" their
selection (just for that portion of the form so that step 3 and 4 can
happen.)
3. Close the list box when the selections are confirmed
4. Export the selections to a text box so they will display on the form
5. User continues on to complete the rest of the form.

If any others have run across this type of situation, I'd appreciate any
advice you have.

Thanks in advance for your time and expertise.
