I wondered if anyone could shed any light on a problem I've encountered, about why some barcode characters won't display in a field. I'm displaying an ID number as both straight text (number) in first field, and in a second field with a bar code 128. I have to add start/stop, and checksum (calculated in JavaScript) characters, but the start (ASCII 144, Unicode 0090) and stop (ASCII 146, Unicode 0092) characters do not display or print correctly. The font was embedded in the field, we're running on Windows 2000/XP, with various users either in Acrobat 5 or 6 environment.
