You need to have the "Select Object Tool" selected... then all are
visible, selectable and you can create multiple copies or varying
buttons, fields etc.

First, you need to upgrade to 6.0.1, if you haven't already done so  
You again have to select the "Select Object Tool" and "control" click 
on a field (mac) "command" on PC I believe, and select "Set Tab 
Order"... happy clicking.

Under the "Advanced" pull down menu select "PDF Optimizer"  will let 
you save to a specific version and a lot more.
