Based on what you wrote:

duplicate. You can't spawn pages using Reader."
 
I do want an exact duplicate of the current page but I don't want the data keyed by users to be copied onto the second page.  Would just changing the name of the field i.e. charge.2, charge.3, charge.4.... work or is this something I wouldn't need to do?  And for that matter will I have to create all of the fields again for the second page?  Sorry if these are easy questions, I'm not very good with this program yet. Anyway, thanks for your help.

You want an exact duplicate of your current page? Click on the "Pages"
