Teresa- Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional is the way to go if you want to create PDF forms. Get a beginner book on forms creation, I like "Extending Acrobat Forms with Javascript"- simple to understand and follow. Belonging to this forum is a good start! FYI- Some more extensive forms containing multiple calculations I find work better for me in MS Excel since the formulas are easier than copying and pasting Javascript over and over again in PDF. But for simple forms, Acrobat 6 Prof. works great for me. Hope this is helpful.
