[PDF] Supplying Parameters to Plug-in?

I am trying to run a Plug-in from an .EXE file from commandline. I developed both the plug-in and the .EXE file.

I would like to know if I can supply parameters (i.e. name of the file to be open, etc.) to this Plug-in.
