The workstation I use at a client office exhibits a similar behavior. NT4 sp6; Acro 5.05; files on Netware server. Must bring Catalog to front and repeatedly click on active window to keeping Catalog running. If I close Distiller, it seems to require less clicking. Let us know if you find a solution.
