Begs the question: Why Distiller 3.0? That's obsolete technology!
The PS you are getting out of the PDF is not compatible with the Distiller 3
interpreter, hence OffendingCommand errors. Use Distiller 5.0.5 and set
Compatibility to 1.2 in the Job Options if you want Acro 3.0 compatibility.
