Same as creating a link to a URL.  Just use: "mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" instead 
(without the quotes)

This seems fundamental, but dang if I can find it. How does one turn an
E-mail address (in a PDF resume, for example) into an active link that opens
a new message window in the viewer's E-mail client. The ref books I've
looked at talk about linking to a lot of things but not E-mail. TIA.
