All, Here's a good one... I am using Win 98 and Acrobat 5.0.5. I have observed that when I enter a very specific string of characters (all within the ASCII character range of 32-122) into any Document Summary field, then save the file, this specific string of information disappears! This behavior has been observed in the original PDF, newly-created documents using PDF Maker, newly-created documents using Distiller, and Adobe-created documents (i.e. the Acrobat Help file). Any changes to the original string of characters in the field (e.g. addition of spaces, changing numbers, changing letters, etc.) will allow the file(s) to be saved as expected. Any thoughts?
