Not quite sure how you are doing the autoplay, but in case you need help
with this as well as the search command, here's how we have created a CD
front end:

Install acrobat reader on your PC. Copy all the installation into a folder
under the folder from which you are going to burn the CD - eg a folder
called 'zpdf' (the z makes it the last item in an explorer listing).

A file named 'autorun.inf' must be placed in the root of the CD. Here are
its contents

[autorun]
open="zpdf\Reader\AcroRd32.exe start.pdf"

In this case the root of the CD must also contain a file called 'start.pdf',
which is your 'boot file'.

To start search you could specify a button in the start.pdf, using the Form
Tool from the editing tool bar. Name the new form, give it some appearance,
and a caption. The choose the Actions tab, select the event (eg Mouse Up),
and click Add. Specify an Action of Type 'Execute Menu item'. Click Edit
Menu Item and on the Menu Item Selection dialog, choose Edit-Serach-Query.
