This seems to be a confirmed by Adobe bug. You could try using named destinations instead, and see if that works (it should...but you never know).
We will have to wait for a "dot-release" for seeing some slight chance to have it fixed.

We have installed Acrobat 6 on my computer (which by the way I really like). But I'm having a problem with some internal linking. We have a pdf that is the menu for several books, we have the link on the book to go back to the correct menu, which could be page 4 of the menu file. I have the action on the link to go to page 4 of the file, but it will only go to page one. I have deleted and reset it many times and still not get it to work correctly. Any help?
