Damian Missing Acrobat toolbar in Office components Try to display it in Word & Excel usingView-Toolbars-PDFmaker 5.0 command. The item should be checked. If it is absent, though you do have Acrobat full version installed, try this. In both Word & Excel issue tools-macro-Visual Basic Editor command. The VB window opens. Ensure that Project Explorer is displayed (View Project Explorer if not). If you had installed Acrobat after Office then the Adobe macros will be in the Project Explorer, probably at the top. In in my copy of Excel there is only one set: AcrobatPDFMaker (PDFMaker.xla). Of course it's not viewable, but press the Run Macro button (a taperecorder-style Forward button) with 'Run Macro' as a tool tip, and you will get a list of executables. 'Add our toobar' is the one you want to run. Same in Word except that there are 2 sets of Adobe macros, and the 'Add our toolbar' only exists in one of them.
