I know that it isn't a text writer but I need to get a general professional idea of how to get the project to work. Factors that I may have not made clear are that the Acrobat containing computer may not be accessible when I really need it to update (I don't know when) but initially creation should be OK. Our Kyocera printer is pdf creation capable. I don't need precise details at the moment just an overview and how well it will work. Thanks Don and Ben so far. I have the time so that the job shouldn't be a rush at any point. Results within the restrictions are all thats important so which path to update is not signifcant.
