First, you need to know that Adobe's licence requires that you distribute
only "the most current" version of the software.  Whether there is a
special dispensation for Windows 3.1 users (shudder!)... maybe.  If
you want to be true to the letter of the agreement, it would be best to 
ask.

Secondly, you are correct - you need only include one example of
each version of Reader. Windows NT and Windows XP, for example,
 use the same installer.
