I use Buttons with Mouse Enter and Exit actions to reveal hidden fields. I'd like to be able to add a Mouse Up action that does not reveal the thin dotted boundry line which indicates the button's "hot" zone. A common Link would give me the clean effect I'm after but adding a link on top of a button neutralizes the button effect.
The Buttons have no border or background color.
