Thanks, guys, I was just trying to do something nice for a client--he gives us pdf files for layout and crop, but all the supplied files he gets from stock are around 70 Mb, and used at a MUCH smaller size in Quark. I was trying to avoid his having to give us the Quark file in addition to the pdf in order to scale his images to the exact size so he can pop them back in at 100%. Oh well... Thanks for the info, and it was as I suspected. I couldn't find anything either. -- Lauren E.
