Maybe there is a way to export the "PDF Options" settings that the
end user could load? A backend approach would be to find the file that saves
those preferences and send it to the customer, making sure they move their own
prefs to a safe place before replacing them with yours, if the software
won't let you export and import settings on the front side. I'm strictly
guessing...
