The PDF list is a service provided by PDFzone.com | http://www.pdfzone.com __________________________________________________________________

The file can be opened, after the message.

However, the problem is that due to a serious "time-bomb bug" in Acrobat 5(.05), this file can no longer be saved using the Save as... method.

Actually, even if you don't change the file, Acrobat 6 saves the file
with a PDF 1.5 label. But if nothing is changed to result in
any incompatible features being used, then that PDF 1.5 file should
be quite openable, albeit with a message, in earlier versions of
Acrobat and Reader. Note that that Leonard's advice requires
Acrobat 6 Professional, not Acrobat 6 Standard.
